Welcome to the Heard Museum's Indian Fair & Market Artist Registration! We’re thrilled to welcome new and returning artists to one of the nation’s premier markets for Native American art. Please carefully review the booth options below and choose the space that best suits your needs. Whether you're exhibiting solo or sharing with fellow artists, we have flexible and affordable options for everyone.

Fees

Application Fee (on time) – $35.00
Late Application Fee – $85.00
Booth Late Fee - $75.00 (Applies to applications submitted after the initial deadline and before the final cutoff date.

Booth Space Options

10' x 10' Booths

Single Artist – $650.00
2 Artists Sharing – $450 each ($900 total)
3 Artists Sharing – $367 each ($1,101 total)
4 Artists Sharing – $325 each ($1,300 total)

6' x 6' Spaces

Single Artist – $350
2 Artists Sharing – $250 each ($500 total)

Important: If you are sharing a booth, please leave a comment with your registration indicating the names of the artists sharing the space.

Payment Options

We understand that upfront payments aren't always possible, so we offer installment options for booth fees. When choosing a partial payment plan, please make sure to complete all required payments by the deadline.

Booth Fee Partial Payment 1 – $25.00
Booth Fee Partial Payment 2 – $50.00
Booth Fee Partial Payment 3 – $150.00

Please ensure your full booth payment is completed before the due date to avoid late fees.
